One for the kids five years and up, these cute and clever craft projects are a great way to get creative with Resene testpots – from making paper plate UFOS to painting little rock monsters.
Paper plate craft – Alien UFO
The aliens have landed! This DIY uses a hot glue gun, recyclables and Resene FX Metallic paint to create fun UFO ships.
You will need
- 2 paper bowls
- 1 clear plastic cup
- 1 pipe cleaner
- 1 large pompom
- Googly eyes
- Hot glue gun and glue
- Resene FX Metallic testpots in Resene So Cool and Resene Gold Dust
- Sticky gems – (optional)

Toilet roll craft – Paper flowers and vase
?This is a great craft to develop kids' cutting and fine motor skills.
You will need
- Toilet rolls
- Coloured paper
- Resene testpots in Resene Riptide and Resene Wild Thing
- Pipe cleaners or straws
- A hole punch or a nail and some plasticine
- Washi tape
