Each year, the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) holds the NAWIC Excellence Awards to celebrate the amazing women in the construction industry. This year saw a record number of nominations, finalists and ticket sales, making it a special awards night of celebration and recognition. The evening’s programme included an appearance by the Minister of Building and Construction, Minister Poto Williams, who has a strong background in the sector and had some words of wisdom and encouragement for all.
