Bakers, giddy up!

Renowned kiwi baker Jo Seagar is rustling up support for a very good cause, and she's inviting you to get your baking gloves on and get involved.

We're talking about the Gingerbread Horse campaign, which lends its support to New Zealand Riding for the Disabled – asking businesses to raise money for the charity through delicious baking.

You can help out by baking a batch of these gorgeous little gingerbread horses, and get selling to colleagues, friends and family from 27 July. Check out the gallery here for inspiration.

Register to the campaign to receive everything you need to make the cookies, including baking ingredients, recipe and horse-shaped cookie cutter. All participants will also go into a special prize draw.
