Support Epilepsy New Zealand by painting it purple!

Resene is proud to support Epilepsy New Zealand with the Paint It Purple campaign. Purple is the international colour, and lavender the flower, associated with epilepsy.

Around one in 100 people suffer from epilepsy, with the most common symptom being recurring seizures. When properly diagnosed and treated 70% of New Zealanders with epilepsy will live healthy, normal lives and The Epilepsy Association of New Zealand provides them vital support.

Paint it Purple is a fundraiser where Resene donates $1 from every 60ml purple testpot sold in March at Resene-owned ColorShops (NZ) to Epilepsy NZ. So, what are you waiting for? Head to your nearest ColorShop and pick out your favourite purple testpots… we’ve even got a little inspiration for you below.

This back wall is painted in the blackened purple of Resene Revolver, with trims in Mulled Wine, floorboards in Resene Colorwood Breathe Easy, front wall in Astra, trims in Half Gin Fizz, table in Teak and Putty, side table in Resene Colorwood Deep Purple, vase in Cumin. Add pops of purple to suit your taste, like Resene Heliotrope on this console table, Blue Chalk on the chair and Petal paired with Double Alabaster on the patterned wall.
