Kitchen gets top score

This week’s Mitre 10 Dream Home let to tensions all round as the teams put together their kitchen and dining rooms. And in a first for the series, Orange team got the best score possible from interior design judge LeeAnn Yare with a 10. The kitchen features a mirrored splashback that bounced light around the room, recycled lights, a firebox and a blonded ceiling finished in Resene Whitewash from the Resene Colorwood range. The walls were painted in Resene Half Villa White with a view through to the orange Resene Morrocan Spice walls in the living room. Mitre 10 Dream Home screens on TV2 on Tuesdays at 7.30pm and is sponsored by Resene, Toyota and ASB among others.
