Then you could be in to win $1000 to spend on your home, with Registered Master Builder’s How House Proud Are You competition!

To enter, all you need to do is visit www.houseoftheyear.co.nz and upload a photo of a room in your house, your garden or the view of your home from the street, and a short description as to why you are house proud.

Registered Master Builders is also giving away weekly cash prizes of $150 to the photos with the most votes, so get sharing. The ultimate winner will be announced at this year's House of the Year national awards on Saturday 24 November.
