Recycle your disused paint

If you've been sprucing up the house these holidays, your garage may be bogged down with unwanted paint and paint containers. Did you know that many Resene ColorShops will recycle or dispose of these, in a responsible way?

Selected Resene ColorShops (NZ) have been designated as Resene PaintWise Collection Centres, where you can drop off unwanted paint and paint containers any time during their opening hours. A small charge applies to non-Resene branded product and trade returns, which helps offset the costs of the PaintWise programmes ($1 per 4L can or smaller, $2.50 per 10L pail or larger). They do not accept marine or automotive paints.

In turn, Resene recycles the paint and donates it to graffiti abatement projects and other community projects around New Zealand, and recycles the paint containers.
