Resene Sandtex is a finish that gives a textural Mediterranean effect to walls and other surfaces. It's ideal for covering imperfect surfaces or just achieving that fine, sandstone look instead of using plaster. And it's a breeze to work with.

Paint effects expert Greer Clayton used Resene Sandtex on these plant pots and painted an ombre effect on top using Resene Foundry and Resene Black White. So simple, and the result is so effective. Another suggestion is to apply two coats of Resene Sandtex in your chosen Resene colour to your walls and brush off in a random manner for an aged plaster or limestone finish.
