If you’re looking for that little bit of extra style or character for your garden this summer, check out these cool New Zealand made plywood panels from Native Woodcraft. They come in a huge range of designs, from birds to fern leaves, lobsters to butterflies, as well as more classic trellis-like patterns. There’s even a jandal design.

The standard panels are 1200mm tall by 800mm wide and made in 12mm-thick treated H3 CD plywood. Creator Jared Mulinder recommends Resene paints, stains or coatings to finish them.

The panels can be used as decorative relief in a fence, be installed as a collection, or used wherever you might install trellis. They’re stocked at various hardware and fencing outlets throughout New Zealand. See the Native Woodcraft website for more information.
